We accept a number of different payment options to help your pay the amount you owe.

However, your account may require urgent payment to avoid further legal action. In this instance, please Contact Us to either set up, or make us aware of, any payment so we can note this on your account.  

Direct Debit

Set up an automatic Direct Debit payment plan on a date where you are guaranteed to have funds in your account so you don’t miss a payment. You can set up a Direct Debit via this website or by calling us from our Contact Us page.

With a Direct Debit you are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Recurring Debit Card plan

You can choose to make regular card payments which are made under a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) by calling us from the relevant number on our Contact Us page.

A CPA authorises us to withdraw the agreed amount from your specified account on an agreed ongoing basis. CPAs can be set up weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly.

Payment by telephone

When you Contact Us a member of our helpful team can set up your Direct Debit or debit card payments.

Bank transfer or standing order

If you bank online, you can pay our client directly with a one off payment or by setting up a standing order.
